License Grant
The Travia platform is licensed under a commercial license. Use of the platform — including its APIs, booking engine, metasearch functionality, and partner tools — is subject to your signed partner or developer agreement with Travia.
The UI template components used in this project are made available under an MIT-style open content license for personal and educational use. Commercial use of the template as part of the Travia platform is covered by the commercial license above.
Permitted Use
You are permitted to use the Travia platform and its APIs for the following purposes:
- Personal travel planning projects and non-commercial integrations
- Commercial travel agency and tour operator operations via an active Travia partner account
- OTA integrations for listing and distributing travel inventory through the Travia network
- Internal tooling and dashboards built on top of the Travia API for your own business use
Restrictions
The following uses are expressly prohibited without prior written consent from Travia:
- Reselling or sublicensing the Travia platform as standalone software or a white-label product
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting proprietary algorithms from the platform
- Using Travia data feeds or search results to build a competing metasearch product
- Scraping or bulk-exporting content, pricing data, or inventory without API authorisation
Attribution
Where the UI template components are used outside of the Travia platform (e.g., in a derivative open-source project), attribution to the original template authors is required. Please include a visible credit linking back to the template source in your project documentation or footer.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Travia platform and its components are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Travia shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the platform.
