What does this cost our association?
Nothing. There is no fee to the association for offering this to members, and no revenue share requested. Members list for free the same way any individual host or business does on Travia — see the terms at /become-business.
What do you want from us?
Tell your members this exists. That is the whole ask. There is no exclusivity requirement and members are free to also list anywhere else.
Is this exclusive to one association?
No. The offer is the same standard Free plan available to any business or individual host on Travia — we are not building a separate, gated program per association.
Do members need to be a registered company?
No. An individual can host their own space for free without a company. A business page is for registered operators — hotels, car-rental agencies, tour companies and real-estate businesses.
How do members get paid?
Bookings are confirmed pay-at-property today: the traveller reserves on Travia and pays the member directly on arrival. No card is needed to book.
