What does it cost to list on Travia?
Nothing to list. There are no setup fees, no listing fees and no monthly fees, and individuals can host their own space for free. Businesses start on the Free plan, which has no cap on listings or bookings.
Do I need a registered business to host?
No. Individuals can host their own space without a company. A business page is for registered operators โ hotels, car-rental agencies, travel and tour companies and real-estate businesses.
Can one business page cover several kinds of business?
No. A business page operates in one category only โ hotel and accommodation, car rental, travel and tour, or real estate โ for tax and regulatory compliance.
How do I get paid?
Bookings are confirmed pay-at-property today, so guests pay you directly when they arrive. As online payments roll out, payouts will be sent to your linked account, with everything tracked in your dashboard.
Who can leave a review on my listing?
Only travellers who completed a booking with you โ for real estate, only after a property viewing. Reviews cannot be bought or added by anyone else.
